★★★★★ Was a great dialer (5*), but now it locks me out of going back to my home screen and using other apps while on a call unless I "exit" (hide) the dialer. I used to be able to toggle (up swipe) it to the background just like any other app. I'm having numerous issues with calls as well. 4-15-24 Update: developer feedback was to uninstall and reinstall the app, and it appears to be back to normal. I can send it to the background again. I'm not sure why automatic app updates didn't address this?

★★★★★ Samsung 23 Ultra: have previously used the app but this time I was happy to pay for a yearly subscription. For me, it does all that I need and more. I did need to contact customer services over a minor issue (my phone related not the app) and they were quick and very efficient at helping me through the issue. I do like the new interface and the functionality of the app pleases me. It offers way more than I am likely to use but what I do use is great.
