To check your unbilled usage on the du App:

Click on "Total Extra Usage"

You will see the mobile numbers and can select the number for which you want to view the unbilled charges.

If you are a first time customer, you can access the page of extra charges information by clicking on the "View Extra Charges Details" option

    The app is a nightmare. It crashes nonstop. Every time I attempt anything, it shuts down. The setup for wireless home service has another issue. The default contact number is stuck on the data SIM, and changing it isn't an option. I wanted to update my EID, but it wouldn’t let me because I had no active mobile number. They sent me to the customer service center instead. The kicker? The “inactive” data SIM is still the default for receiving SMS and OTPs. Whoever created that system deserves a medal for genius level frustration.

    This app and service are terrible. Finding the billing statement is impossible, not here or on the online account. The collection department keeps bothering us for payment. We paid without even seeing the bill! No billing statements came from your side despite many follow-ups. We asked to change the email for receiving the statement, but all we hear is that it takes a long time to process. Meanwhile, the collection department continues to chase us. Unbelievable!

    Wireless home internet has been such a disappointment. Paying for something that barely works feels frustrating. Two whole days without any internet? That’s unacceptable. And when it does work, it keeps dropping off, forcing me to restart the router multiple times every day. Choosing DU was a huge mistake. It’s 2024; things need to improve!
