How can I check my unbilled usage?
To check your unbilled usage on the du App:
Click on "Total Extra Usage"
You will see the mobile numbers and can select the number for which you want to view the unbilled charges.
If you are unable to find the above options on your du app, it is likely that you are using a different version of the app. In that case, please follow the steps below instead:
To check your unbilled usage in My Account:
Click on "View Details" next to the "Total extra usage as of today" option
If you are a first time customer, you can access the page of extra charges information by clicking on the "View Extra Charges Details" option
You will see the number of mobile numbers and can select the number for which you want to view the unbilled charges.
How can I check my free units?
On the du App, the units displayed are combined units. Click on the arrow next to the free units to have a detailed view.
