Dunkin’ - Coffee & donuts ordering

I really like this app. The drive-thru lines are always super long where I live, so the trick is to order online and then just walk in. It does feel a bit strange skipping all those lines, but it's really simple. One thing I wish the app had though, is the option to place an order for later. Like, I know what I want now but I won't be picking it up for about 15 minutes; it would be great if they could add that feature.

Using this app is a breeze! I could easily navigate it despite my visual impairment. Saving locations and orders enables quick ordering within seconds or a minute or two for adjustments. It's amusing that despite my nerves, the one who suggested the app is blind herself.

The app is half broken. Updates are good, but it's buggy. Ordering ahead is my favorite, but sometimes the app won't even open, show recent orders, or my favorites. It keeps saying there's an error or network issues. It needs fixing.

The app is almost like trash now. It used to be good but recently became terrible. The connection to the store is spotty, locational data doesn't work, updates only after restart, and sometimes loses order items. The "x" button on top is too hard to reach. Time to hire new developers who can create basic functions instead of focusing on looks.

So, there's this issue with the app. You know when you're picking your donuts and you can't click the add button, no matter what you pick? And when you want to use a reward, it should take you straight to what you can get. Ordering through the app is supposed to be easy but it's not. It's so frustrating that I end up going to a different place with a simpler system. Dealing with this hassle is just not worth it.

I really liked the app at first. It was super easy to order drinks, food, and add funds. Lately though, it hasn't been great. Every time I try to add money to my account, I keep getting a "technical error" message. I've tried several times, thinking maybe it's the wifi or service causing the issue, but no luck. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that didn't help either. So now, using it has just been disappointing. I hope Dunkin' fixes it soon.

I always go to Dunkin no matter where I am in the tri-state area. I order the same coffee every time, and it tastes the same everywhere I go. Their training must be really good. Also, the app is super easy to use. I get perks all the time and the staff at every location are really friendly.

I have used this app since 2021. It's very user-friendly. I like that I can access my past orders for reimbursement. The reward points are great, and they don't expire even if I take a break from going for a while. I enjoy ordering ahead to save time and avoid holding up the line with multiple custom drinks. I recommend using this app, it's really worth it.
