How do I request a refund?

On the website:

Select the "My orders" option.

Select the order for which you want to request a refund.

Click "Order question", fill out the appropriate form and select "Submit".

In the app:

Click your profile icon and select the "My orders" option.

Select the order for which you want to request a refund.

Click "Order question" at the bottom of the page, then select the message icon at the top right.

What are coupons?

A coupon is a discount on a purchase.

What types of coupons are there?

We have two types of coupons:

A coupon for a percentage of the purchase price, for example, 5% or 10%. The higher the purchase price, the greater the discount.

A coupon for a certain amount. The coupon amount is deducted from the total purchase price. Important: the total purchase price cannot be less than 1 ruble.

Does the coupon have an expiration date?

Yes! Some coupons "live" for one day, some for a month. In any case, it is better not to put off the decision to buy with a discount!

The expiration date of the coupon is always indicated on its card.

Where can I see my coupons?

If you have a coupon, you will see its multi-colored stub in the basket.

If you click on the stub, a page with a coupon selection will open. On it, you can:

View full information on the coupons you have - this is important, since one coupon can give different discounts on different categories of goods;

Select which coupon you want to apply to the current purchase.

How to use a coupon?

Select the goods you want to buy in the basket;

Select a coupon from those available to you;

The price in the basket will be displayed taking into account the discount, in addition, the percentage for the coupon will be indicated under the price of the goods.

The coupon can only be used once. Also, when you cancel orders, coupons are not returned, so please make an informed choice :)

I have a coupon, but it does not work and does not give a discount!

If you have an active coupon, but the prices in the basket do not decrease, the problem may be:

in the "Special price" promotion, which is valid when buying three or more products. Coupons cannot be combined with the promotion;

in the "Final price" or "Super price" mark on the product. No discounts can be applied to this product;

in the restrictions of the coupon itself. To view them, click on the coupon stub in the basket, and then on the coupon itself.
