I am the Authorized contact of my company and I don’t have a username or password to login to the Business Mobile App.

Please get in touch with Etisalat Business Care to create your access on the Business Mobile App.

How can I download and log in to the Business Mobile App?

Click to visit the App store and download the Etisalat Business Mobile App.

If you are the authorized contact of your company, enter your username/Email and Password and click the on the Sign In button.

If you are an individual user simply put in your Etisalat mobile number, enter the One Time Password you will receive and log in to your account.

How can I reset my password?

1. Click  to open the app and click on "Forgot?" link.

2. Enter your Username and click continue. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number.

3. Enter the correct OTP and you will be able to reset your password.

I didn’t receive an OTP (One Time Password)

If you have an account on Etisalat Business Mobile App and did not receive an OTP or if you don’t have an account then please get in touch with Etisalat business care.

Can I update my company documents on the Business Mobile App?

Updating your company’s documents is not available on the Business Mobile App. Please contact your Etisalat Business Care or visit the Etisalat Business Center.

How can I check active accounts & usage details for myself or my company lines?

Admins can view the usage details for each of their company accounts by tapping on an account from the overview page. They will then be directed to the usage details page on the App where they can see the relevant subscription details, usage and billing.

Individual users can check their usage details from the home page of the App. They can scroll through the tabs above to see their subscription usage, details and billing.

I lost my SIM card/device

How do I de-activate my account or cancel my subscription

    This app is really fantastic! It lets users track their accounts in real-time. However, it could be even better with a few extra features. For instance, it would be great if users could search for accounts using their account numbers. Also, having access to the payment history for each account would be very helpful. Another suggestion would be for Etisalat to allow users to add their company location or site name to each account. This way, users can easily understand their bills based on locations.

    Okay, I will look into the issue with the app on your Samsung Galaxy S6 running Android 6 Nougat. When you try to open the app, it doesn't do anything. I will contact our app development team and get back to you with an update. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    You can add more features to your app easily, but removing them is a different story. You need to physically go to the Etisalat office and provide all the necessary documents, even your birth certificate. It feels like a tricky situation.

    The app is really easy to use. However, I noticed something I didn't quite understand - there are some extra features and options available that are not displayed in the app, like top-up options. But all in all, it's a great app.

    I had a really bad experience recently. I paid my monthly bill as usual, but towards the end, an error occurred. So, I attempted to pay it again. Surprisingly, I received two messages from Etisalat and my bank confirming that double the amount for one month had been deducted from my account. Since then, I have been trying to reach out to Etisalat helplines, but the virtual assistant only suggests downloading the mobile app and checking through there.

    You've got an Etisalat business SIM card and you downloaded the Etisalat business app from the Google Play Store. However, despite installing it multiple times, the app just won't open. You went to the extent of formatting your phone twice, but the issue persists – the app still won't open after installation. Hoping for a resolution soon.
