With e-Boks, you can digitally and securely access your mail from both companies and public authorities from anywhere and at any time.

Our app offers various features to help you organize your mail efficiently. 

However, e-Boks goes beyond being just a digital mailbox:

- Sign documents digitally using NemID and store them securely in e-Boks.

- Pay bills directly within the app using a credit card or Betalingsservice.

- Unlike other digital mailboxes, e-Boks supports a multi-level folder structure that allows you to organize your mail in a tree-like format.

- Easily manage your mail with simple gestures: swipe right to mark a message as read or swipe left to archive it.

- Access and manage mail shared with you by others.

- Safely upload important personal documents to e-Boks, serving as an online vault for items such as mortgage deeds, birth certificates, and insurance claim photos of valuables.

We're introducing e-Boks Plus, offering services to enhance your daily life convenience. You have the flexibility to choose which services to add and maintain full control over the content. We continuously add new services and welcome feedback and ideas submitted through the app for e-Boks Plus.

Getting started is straightforward — simply log in as usual. If you're new to e-Boks, we recommend creating a user account with your NemID to access all app features.

It is free

As a recipient of post, it is free for you to use e-Boks. The companies you receive post from pay to send you letters and other information. You will be notified when there is new post, so you do not need to check your e-Boks every day.

We ensure that your personal information is securely stored and well protected, so you can rest assured. At e-Boks, security has the highest priority, and we take all precautions to secure your information.
