e-Sosial - Digital services access

The "e-Sosial" internet portal was established based on the decree numbered 258 by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on September 5, 2018, concerning the expansion of electronic services in the fields of labor, employment, social protection, and social security.

The regulations for the "Centralized Electronic Information System of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and the "e-sosial" internet portal were approved through Presidential Decree numbered 534 issued on April 15, 2019.

In addition to the portal, citizens can utilize the "e-Sosial" mobile application to access their personal information and take advantage of the services offered by the Ministry through electronic means.
