So I placed an order but Google Pay payment didn't go through, and the card autofill feature wasn't working either. I clicked to change the payment method, but without warning, it switched to cash payment. It couldn't be changed back. I canceled the order and tried again. Couldn't apply the promo code for the first order, even though the first one was canceled. I reached out in the chat, but they said the order didn't 'load' properly so they couldn't help. 10 out of 10, will definitely not use it again (nope).

The bottom line is that the service went downhill right from the start. My FIRST order was great, but for the SECOND one I had to wait for 2 days. I reached out to customer support and they said they couldn't fulfill the order for some reason – they even canceled it themselves. When I opened the app, all the items were in stock and available for ordering, yet they couldn't fulfill my order. This is just unacceptable. I'm not going to deal with them anymore.

The courier somehow couldn't get in touch with me, so they rescheduled the delivery from morning to late evening. I waited for the delivery all night and kept checking my phone in the morning. I couldn't track the courier's location, find out the status of the order, or know when to expect the courier.

It's great to see the app developing! However, it's quite inconvenient that the GPAY payment option hasn't been working. It was an issue in the past and unfortunately continues to be so. Could you please fix this?

It's confusing where to find the chat - in most apps, it's usually at the bottom and easy to spot. Overall, the app is nice and pleasing to use.

Oh man, this app is just awful. The interface is terrible. And it's totally not cool that they claim some medicines can be delivered the same day when in reality it's all a lie - they only deliver the next day. So typical of Sber. They could at least be honest in their app, that would be a start.

It's strange that there is no Sberbank "Thank you" button, and there are bugs on the website when selecting an address and time. It's also inconvenient that from the phone, you have to switch to a separate window instead of having it right there.

Finding items in the app can be a bit frustrating, especially when wild suggestions pop up with incomplete search terms. The filtering system is not very user-friendly either, as sometimes there is no option to filter by dosage, like trying to find "methodject 20mg." The splash screen that says "Hello, we are glad to see you" seems to be multimedia and interrupts music playback. Additionally, if an item is unavailable, you get an SMS prompting you to CALL THE CALL CENTER TO CONFIRM CHANGES IN THE ORDER. It's puzzling why, in 2021, we can't simply remove unavailable items through the app or even make the call ourselves. Overall, it's functional, especially for limited options with "same-day door delivery," but after each order, I end up checking out the competition.

The interface was awkward and confusing. It wasn't clear how to choose a payment method. It warned me that the medicine was prescription only and delivery was not possible when I tried to place the order, and there was no option to decline directly there - I had to go back to the cart, remove the items, start the process again, all the previously entered data was cleared, so I had to input everything again. Some medicines that I had viewed over a month ago on the web version were automatically added to the cart without any clear warning - fortunately, I noticed it.
