I have not received my account activation email, what should I do?

Check your spam. If you don't find anything, log in to the site with the credentials chosen during registration. You will get an error message asking you to generate a new activation key. Use this tool and follow the instructions.

I entered the wrong email when registering, what should I do?

Contact us using the 'contact us' link available at the footer (central column).

The new password I received does not work

He works. Check that you correctly copy the password received by email. Depending on browsers, a space may be added before or after when copying, which makes the password invalid. If this still does not work, re-copy the password respecting the case (upper/lower case) and special characters.

I no longer want to receive the newsletter and/or partner offers, what should I do?

To no longer receive the (annual) newsletter or partner offers, log in to your member area and click the “edit profile” link . On this page, uncheck the box “I would like to receive partner offers” and/or “Newsletter subscription” then validate by clicking the “validate” button.

My location is incorrect, why?

Your country of residence must match the country to which the city you want to display belongs. In general, also try to be as precise as possible in case of location problems.

I want/don't want to display my location, what should I do?

Your location is defined by the 'city' field in your profile. If you don't want to display your location, edit your profile by leaving this optional field blank.

I lost my password, what should I do?

To reset your password you must use the 'lost password?' link. available at the bottom left of the member area (right column). Insert your email address linked to your account and send the form. You will receive a new password, as well as a reminder of your username on the site.

What is the visual verification code?

This is an anti-spam protection system. When you need to use it, simply copy the words indicated (which may be underlined, in quotation marks, etc.) in the box provided for this purpose.

The bars with a number, what do they indicate?

This is the difficulty level, out of /10 (0: very easy, 10: very difficult). You'll find them on tabs, courses and riffs.

Unable to disconnect!! What to do ?

In very rare cases, disconnection may not be possible. If this happens to you, you must force the disconnection by viewing this page . Your accounts will be synchronized again the next time you log in.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, you must be connected to the member area, and use the 'edit profile' link. At the bottom of the page is the two-step account deletion utility. Click the next button to display the confirmation request. Check the box 'Yes, I want to delete my account' and confirm to delete your account. Please note: once the deletion has been carried out, any reactivation will be IMPOSSIBLE. In accordance with our terms of use, if you have added resources to the site, they will be made anonymous.

What are the differences between FaceBook buttons?

You will find 3 types of buttons or icons linking FaceBook on the site. They all have different features. Presentation (in order of importance):

• The Fan Page: located at the bottom of the left menu, it allows you to tell your friends that you are a T4A Fan, but also to communicate more easily with other T4A Fans on FaceBook.

• The “Like” button: Located outside the site on the left (above the Twitter and Google +1 buttons), it is used to say that you like a particular page of the site. There are as many buttons as there are pages, so you can like as many pages as you want.

• The T4A group on FaceBook: This is the oldest presence of T4A on FaceBook. The operation is quite similar to the Fan page (go to FaceBook for more information). The corresponding icon is located at the top right (above the number of connected).
