Can I give the ticket to my friend?

Yes sure. To edit the passenger's details, log in to membership => View Booking History => select the departure date => click Edit.

I have lost my invoice; can I get a replacement?

Follow the instructions in questions 1 to reprint from an email or membership page. Printing the order summary can speed up check-in along with providing ID

Should the child require a seat?

Child who is 2-year-old and above has to buy his/her own seat ticket
