    This app is terrible. When we make a payment, the balance does not update right away. Then suddenly, there is an additional amount showing that we supposedly owe. It feels like we are paying for nothing.

    So, every time you want to make a transaction, it keeps telling you to update first. I mean, just two days ago on the 25th, you updated it, and now today, the 27th, it's asking for yet another update. That's way too soon, don't you think? It's really frustrating. Somebody needs to address this issue, seriously.
