So, when I tried to sell my S8 Plus, the machine thought it was actually an S4 Zoom, which made it seem like my phone had zero value. I couldn't find any way to correct the mistake or choose the right phone model. It would have been nice if there was an option like: "Is this your phone?" with a straightforward 'yes' or 'no' question. On top of that, one time the kiosk messed up and only gave me $12 instead of the $13 it showed on the screen for my trade-in.

I want to rate them with 4-5 stars, but the kiosks are having problems. I have an iPad that I want to sell and I've tried taking it to different kiosks, but each time, they tell me that my device isn't sitting correctly in the kiosk and to try again. However, no matter how many times I try, using different positions, it still doesn't work. I even attempted with another tablet of mine, thinking maybe the tablet was too big, but ended up with the same result. So, I'm confused. Do these kiosks not buy tablets?

I used this thing around 5 times. The first few times were not really important, but this last time was shocking! I bought a new phone less than 2 weeks ago. Then I got another phone as a gift and thought it could be some extra Christmas money. I spent $600 two weeks ago, and the first offer I got this time was only $18, and then when I tried again, it was just $8! That's my experience, and I have to say, it's just not fair at all. No way!

Oh, that's great! The app only got four stars because on my Galaxy A20 through Boost Mobile. When I followed the instructions for prices, it talked about the IMEI number. Following those steps led me to a glitch. In the settings for the IMEI, after I copied it to the clipboard and pressed the back button, it took me to the previous menu, not the app. That's why it couldn't verify the unique ID.

The app is not good because codes do not work. When I talked to customer service, they were helpful and said they will send me a check to make up for the issue. However, I have not received a tracking number or a check after over a week. They did not reassure me that they will follow through, so be cautious and only use the app when absolutely necessary.

I gave 3 stars as the app is doing well. It valued my good Samsung s21 ultra for $150, but I could trade it in for $300 or sell on ebay for around $400 to $500, with $400 being more likely. As for my slightly scratched but still good condition Ultra Note 20, I was offered only $15. Not acceptable.

I'm happy to hear that the app is working well for you. However, whenever I try to sell my phones, it always says they are "unfortunately not for resale." It's frustrating because I don't want to take my phone somewhere if it's still functioning perfectly, without any cracks, and still charges properly. The only issue is that the back is a bit messed up.
