Is it possible to get a refund from eDreams?

In exceptional cases (e.g. strikes, coronavirus pandemic, etc.), eDreams has to send the refund request to the airline for approval first. Then, some airlines could take up to 3 months or even longer to respond, despite the fact that they must reimburse the amount within a maximum of 7 days, according to the EU regulation CE 261/2004. Although, we recommend buying your tickets with the cancellation included, whenever possible.

What happens if you miss online check in?

If you haven’t done your check in online, you can do it in the airport before taking your flight, personally at the airport airline desk. Remember to go to the airport well in advance, in order to avoid delays due to possible queues and waiting.
