1. How do I order from efood online?

You choose one of the stores that deliver to your area and you fill your basket with everything you need.

In case you need to customize one or more items of the order, you will be asked to select them.

Once you have completed your order, select your payment method (cash, card, PayPal) and "order completion" after that. The order will be sent to the store automatically.

2. When will my order arrive?

The store will confirm the delivery time which will appear on your screen. In fact, in stores where orders are delivered by the efood fleet, you will be able to follow all the stages of your order - from the acceptance of the order from the store until the moment your efood rider rings the bell.

3. What does a refund mean?

efood sends a request to the respective payment service provider (either to Piraeus Bank or Adyen, or to Braintree, “a PayPal company”), to which it requests a refund for a specific transaction.

4. When are refunds given?

Refunds are always given on business days (Monday to Friday) and are usually placed during the next business day after order processing.

5. If my order is canceled, when will my refund be made?

When an order is canceled, our system automatically initiates the refund process. This refund transaction will appear in your card account statement as described above.

If my order changes (for example a product is in short supply) and I have already paid by credit card, what applies in this case?

In this case, if the total amount resulting from the changes is less than the amount already paid, we will refund the difference.

    Enter Address: Type your address into the search field to find all the stores that deliver to your area.

    Select a Store: Choose your preferred store from the list.

    Browse Menu: View the menu and add the items you need to your cart.

    Choose Payment Method: Pay with cash on delivery, credit card, or PayPal during the ordering process.

Step 2: Order Processing

    Order Sent to Store: Once you complete your order, it is automatically sent to the store and printed there.

    Order Confirmation: You will be notified immediately on your screen that your order has been accepted.

    Receive Details: An email will be sent to you with all the order details and the estimated delivery time.

Step 3: Delivery

Order Arrival: Your order will be delivered either by the store’s own riders or by the efood fleet if the store does not have its own delivery service.
