Introducing eGov mobile

Description: The mobile application of the electronic government "eGov Mobile" is an updated ecosystem of eGov.kz for providing state services and services to the population.

eGov mobile app allows convenient use of digital signatures (DS):

eGov mobile enables users to link their existing DS to a 4-digit PIN code and the built-in biometrics of their device (Face ID, Touch ID). Once you link your DS to the PIN code and biometrics, you won't have to be distracted by choosing the DS and entering a password each time you authorize and use services.

Accessing services through eGov mobile has become more convenient. We are not just transferring new services to a new application, but completely rethinking the services themselves. You won't need to enter your own data when using services, as the data will be automatically filled from your eGov personal account.

One of the key components of the architecture of the new eGov mobile is the application store, which allows expanding the capabilities of the mobile application far beyond service delivery.

The app includes the "Digital Documents" service, providing electronic versions of your documents in the eGov mobile application.
