Of course! If you can't understand Korean or read it, but you see some nice clothes, you can ask if it's possible to change the language to English. Just politely inquire if they have an option for English on their website or in their store. You can say something like, "Excuse me, do you have the option to switch the language to English? I'm interested in these clothes but I can't read or speak Korean." This way, you can enjoy shopping and browsing more easily.

It's so frustrating when a seller cancels an order without any explanation or communication. You're left wondering when the item will arrive, only to find out it's been canceled when you check the app. It would have been better if they at least contacted you before canceling. It's hard because you can't really confront the seller directly or file a complaint anywhere. Ugh, the struggle...

It's really nice that there is free shipping available and there are various markets to conveniently use. One suggestion I would like to make is to add a feature where you can search for clothes by entering the desired size in centimeters (cm measurements). This would make it even more convenient to use. I deleted the app because of the low-quality market and its products! Instead of using and throwing away, I believe that such markets should all go out of business for the sake of the planet. Firstly, the items were absolutely terrible - although online marketplaces like Doot Bo Mart try very hard to look pretty, when you actually receive the products, they are the worst quality and unusable. Secondly, their return service is awful - it took a long time to process a return for just one item, and they charged a return fee of 6,000 won. Lastly, the delivery was also terrible - just like Doot Bo Mart, they promised to deliver whenever they want but ended up delaying it again the day before the scheduled delivery date.

I really liked being able to see all the markets at a glance, and since there was free shipping, I didn't have to worry about delivery fees, making shopping very convenient! I've had instances where I couldn't buy what I wanted properly from the same online store every time, but with this app, I can see clothes from different markets, making it great to know the style of each store. Awesome!😄👍
