The app is good, but I have a concern. Some restaurants on the app may not deliver to certain areas as shown. When you contact the restaurant directly, you might find that they do deliver to those locations. It's important to address this issue because if the restaurant can deliver to my area, why should I use this app?

That delivery app is the worst! I've had problems with it on several orders. Sometimes, the app doesn't let me proceed to checkout smoothly. It's not the quick ordering experience I was hoping for. Just yesterday, I placed an order and it never showed up. When I called the driver, he nonchalantly said, "They're preparing another order for you." I waited patiently for two more hours, but then when I called again, he told me he had already finished work for the day. I contacted the company, and they said my order had been canceled and I was still charged for it. Haha, it's a joke! No quality in their service at all, and zero customer service skills.

Avoid using this app at all costs. Their customer service is terrible. They just send automated responses without actually helping you. I've contacted customer service multiple times and received the same unhelpful replies. On top of that, orders are consistently more than 2 hours late. It's frustrating because you get notifications saying your order is on the way, only to be told by the restaurant that they never received it. Every time you try to reach out, you're met with the same pre-recorded message. Stay away from this app.

I experienced amazing customer service recently. I had an issue with my delivery arriving cold. The girl managing the case from the restaurant was polite, patient, and truly professional throughout. I am so proud of the restaurant and Elmenus for their top-notch customer care in the Egyptian market.

Okay, so the app has quite a few bugs, especially when you try to edit or remove orders. Sometimes the offer calculations don't work even when the value is right. Moving onto their service, they really need to find another job because they can't seem to get it right. They failed to deliver my order 3 times, and on top of that, 5 times I received orders with missing items! And when you call to complain about it, you're offered a mediocre promo code. The chat support is not much better - slow and rude.

I won't order from here again until I have the app. Lately, the driver is so slow after getting the food! I watch him going everywhere on the map, making the delivery time totally wrong and not trustworthy. Also, there is no option to rate the driver for things like speed or keeping the food safe in the bag. I know this business is tough, but you have to make some important changes.

Wow, I downloaded this amazing app and got my order in just around 50 minutes. I had a problem with verifying my mobile number. I tried three times but didn't get any code. I almost decided to cancel my order. Then I thought, "Why not reach out to customer support?" Surprisingly, they replied super quickly in less than 5 minutes and even called me to provide the verification code. I'm not sure if this is usual for them, but it was a great experience for me. Still, I hope they add more restaurants to their network. They're doing a really good job, so keep it up!
