The service seemed good at the beginning, and you felt reassured, but then you requested something and they canceled it even though you had confirmed. They said it would arrive, but then it was also canceled, and this happened even though the order had been confirmed a week ago.

So, like, there was this one time where they said they'd deliver my order the next day, and then they were like, "Okay, give us a week to deliver." I just didn't feel like they kept their promises about the timing, you know? That's just me, though, based on my experience with them. It doesn't necessarily reflect the overall ratings of the app or company accurately.

I tried a really nice program. I wish it could cover more subjects and types.

They said the delivery will be delayed by 2 or 3 days...and after 5 days I called them and they said, hopefully next week your order will be delivered...

I received an order for 5 copies of "Call of Duty" with an issue - the boxes were open and the game codes were missing. I contacted the supplier, who told me to contact customer service. They want to reopen the line and resolve your complaint.

My experience with Al Rayan's products is excellent, prices are same as in agencies, and so is the warranty, replacement, return, and installment payment services. Also, an important feature is delivery to all provinces at a fixed price. The app is good, but there are some noticeable delays and incomplete product details. My advice to anyone looking to buy electronic devices is to use Al Rayan's app.
