What are the costs for selling on eMAG?

You only pay a commission on the sale of products and you also have:

- 0 listing costs

- 0 account management costs

- 0 subscription cost

In what format should I upload the documents?

Accepted formats are: PDF or JPG, JPEG, and PNG images. The maximum accepted file size for each document is 2MB.

Can I register if I'm not sure what products I want to sell?

In the seller registration process, you need to complete an Excel file with the products you want to sell. You can choose up to 5 categories that you consider relevant to your field of activity. You can download the Excel file from Step 4 of the Onboarding form, and you need to maintain the same format while filling it out.

After completing the file, you can upload it back into the form. This list will help us determine if you have correctly selected the earlier categories. Product details such as name, price, stock, delivery period, or warranty can be modified anytime after the listing process is completed.

    Using the app is so much simpler than using the website on a smartphone. It would be great if the sorting filter could remain the way I selected it (by price) rather than constantly defaulting to popularity. Like, who even uses that filter? Seriously!?

    I really like using this app. I also have the Genius feature, but on days when there are promotions, it can be a bit frustrating because it takes so long to apply the voucher. Otherwise, it's quite pleasant. I also have a 50 lei voucher that I haven't been able to use recently, and it's going to expire soon. Despite these challenges, overall, I enjoy the app, although there are still some areas where I encounter difficulties because of technical issues.

    So, I bought this microwave, and when it was delivered, turns out it wasn't heating at all from day one. I waited a few days and then decided to return it. But guess what? They refused to take it back and told me to contact the company for repairs. So in the end, I had to go and get another one from Altex, and this time, it's working perfectly fine. The company that sold me the faulty microwave refuses to refund my money, insisting on fixing it instead. Now, I'm stuck with two microwaves thanks to the worst customer service experience ever.

    I've been a customer at this store for years. It's really fantastic! Their customer service is super quick and they don't ask too many questions. I think their genius subscription is totally worth it. The only thing that bothers me is that when I use the app on tablets, it doesn't support landscape mode for some silly reason.

    Yeah, this app is pretty overhyped. It's always acting up with glitches like not loading images properly while the loading animation just keeps spinning. Plus, it's missing key features like breadcrumbs for navigation and easy product ordering and search. The mix of eMAG products and their marketplace can get confusing too. It's a shame that eMAG has taken out a lot of other good companies. It's easy to look good when you're one of the only options around. But hey, at least they've got one thing right - the easy box delivery gets a thumbs up from me. Giving it one star just for that! :)
