Yes, the Encuentra24 Debit Mastercard is designed to meet the needs of our sellers, allowing them to manage their payments without the need for a bank account.

Where can I use the Encuentra24 Debit Mastercard?

You can use it at all Mastercard-affiliated merchants worldwide, both in physical locations and online.

How does the card work?

The card operates through an Encuentra24 Wallet, enabling you to manage virtual purchases with payments you receive from your store on Encuentra24. If a digital debit card isn't sufficient, you can request a physical card to make ATM withdrawals or pay at any point of sale in the country and abroad.

What is the annual fee?

The virtual card is completely free and incurs no costs. The printed card has no annual fee for the first year. From the second year onward, it costs $12.50 annually. You can also request fraud insurance available upon request.

How can I view the PIN for my Encuentra24 Debit Mastercard?

- Log into your Encuentra24 account.

- Open the user menu.

- Click on the Wallet section.

- Select "My Encuentra24 Card."

- Click on the icon to check or change your PIN.

- Enter the security code sent to your email.

You will be able to view or change your PIN.

If my Encuentra24 Debit Mastercard is stolen, how can I block it?

From your Encuentra24 account, you can block or cancel your credit card.
