I wanted to lower the number of an item in my cart from 2 to 1, but it didn't change. I repeatedly pressed 1, but nothing happened, so I removed the item and added it again. Moving on to payment, even though I had selected the only shipping option available, the app kept asking me to choose a valid one when I tried to pay. In the end, I abandoned the purchase. This app really pushes customers away; it's hard to believe the company is still functioning. The products may be good, but dealing with these issues is not worth the trouble.

Oh no, this app is not good at all. It reflects poorly on the company as a whole. I downloaded it a few months back, but the filters have been a mess since then. When searching by size, I get results that are the wrong size, or sizes that aren't even available, and tons of sold-out items. Basically, I have to manually scroll through all kinds of irrelevant products because the filter seems to mix everything up. It's frustrating because when it shows items in a size you don't want, it's likely blocking out sizes you're actually looking for. If there was an option to rate it zero stars, I definitely would.

When I tap the search bar, the keyboard doesn't appear. This makes it hard for me to find what I need because I have to keep swiping through all the pages.
