How to register

Enter the customer number and the CPF/CNPJ of the account holder and then click on “Send”. Tip: If you don't know the customer number, look for this information at the top of your energy bill.

Choose between email or cell phone to receive the validation code. At this point, it is very important that your data is up to date. As soon as you receive it, enter the security code and click on “Send”.

Confirm your information, enter a password to access and click on “Register”

Finally, we will send you an email to activate your profile.
