The Eni Plenitude app allows you to efficiently manage your gas and electricity supplies and pay bills from your device.
You can access the app using the same credentials you use for the Personal Area of the eniplenitude.com website or for the Enjoy and/or EniLive services. If you don't have an account, you can register directly from the app by providing your email and tax code.
What you can do with the app:
- Consult recent and past bills through the Bill Archive, filtering results by issue date or payment status.
- Export and save bills on your device.
- Activate the Digital Bill: receive bills via email as soon as they are issued to reduce paper usage and avoid delays or forgetfulness.
- Use digital payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) to pay bills directly in the app.
- Pay by credit card without additional fees and in total security.
- Pay via direct debit from your current account: the amount will be automatically debited on the bill due date, removing any worries.
- Pay in installments: customize the installment plan for each bill according to your needs, choosing payment method, number of installments, and frequency.
- Submit self-meter readings: communicate your actual consumption to avoid bill adjustments and only pay what is actually due.
- Review meter reading history: keep track of your consumption trends over time.
- Access using biometric data: set up facial recognition or fingerprint authentication for quick app access.
- Use the "Stay logged in" feature: access the app without entering your data every time.
- Monitor detailed consumption: analyze consumption charts for each supply, filter them by time period, and compare.
- Take advantage of exclusive loyalty program benefits: join Plenitude Together to receive new savings opportunities every month.
- Become more aware of your consumption: fill out the questionnaire and evaluate your appliances to discover how to use them efficiently.
User Guide
Switch to Plenitude!
What you need
1 Document: A valid identity document.
2 Tax number: The tax code of the holder of the bill relating to the last supply contract.
3 Bill: A bill for the last supply contract
4 IBAN: The IBAN code, if you want bills to be debited directly from your current account.
Remember that, in order to change supplier and switch to Plenitude, the data of the supply owner must coincide with those of the holder of the last bill.
If you also need to change the holder of the supply, no problem, here's how to do it:
- If your current supplier is not Plenitude: make the transfer with your current supplier and, once you are the holder of the bill, you can make the switch to Plenitude;
- If your current supplier is Plenitude but you are not the holder of the bill, simply request the transfer.
Transfer, takeover or activation
When signing an energy supply contract, different operations may be necessary depending on the situation in which you find yourself.
Are you moving into a new home and supplies are already active with Plenitude? Is the meter in your home closed and you need to turn it back on?
Here's how you can easily pinpoint which operation is needed.
Change offer
If you already have a contract with Plenitude, but want to change your offer (for the same point of supply), choose the offer that suits you best and request the change directly online.
How long does it take to activate a supply
The activation times are established by the Authority: the administrative procedures are carried out with the Distributor in about 3 months. During this period, in the event of switching to Plenitude from another supplier, the supply of gas and/or electricity will not be interrupted.
By registering in the Personal Area, you will be able to check the activation status of your supply and find out the date on which the switch to Plenitude will be effective.
