    You're stuck at level 2, the Sewers, because of a bug in the game. Even if you followed the walkthrough closely, the door to the city surface won't open despite the green light on the control panel. It seems there's no way to progress due to this issue. It's frustrating when a game doesn't work correctly and stops you from moving forward.
