What should I do if my order is delayed?
We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays. If your order did not arrive by the estimated date:
Check the delivery date: First, check the estimated delivery date in the confirmation email we sent you or under Orders in your account. Not all items can be shipped within 24 or 72 hours, and your order may still be within the estimated delivery time.
Check tracking: Go to My Account > Orders > Track Package to check the current status of your shipment and confirm any delivery updates.
Multiple packages: If you ordered multiple items, they may be delivered in separate packages. Be sure to check the tracking for each package.
Verify your address: Make sure the shipping address you provided is correct.
Contact us: If you still have questions or can't find your order, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team. We will do our best to help you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Returns and size exchanges
Return and size exchange policy
The return period is 100 days and the size exchange period is 90 days, starting from the moment you receive your order.
The refund fee varies by country and is always indicated on the page before completing the refund. In Spain, the fee is 4.99 euros for home pickup and 3.99 euros for delivery to an Inpost point. More information.
All returns or size exchanges must be properly packed in a bag. Items must be intact, unused, and with original packaging and tags. Otherwise, Esdemarca reserves the right to return the item to the customer and not accept the return.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Returns:
You can make a return from the "My Account > Returns" section. Once inside, you just need to enter the order you want to return.
On the returns screen, you just need to follow three steps:
Select the item you want to return.
Please indicate your preferred method of return (pick up at home or return at a convenience store).
Review and accept the final refund calculation.
Size Change:
You can request a size change as long as we have the new size you want. In this case, you simply go to "My Account > Size Change" and enter the order you want to change the size of.
Once there, you must follow these three steps:
Select the desired size from the drop-down menu labeled "Change Number".
Add or select the home address you want to change.
Select your payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card) Pay the size change fee (4.99 €) and complete the process.
Refunds How will my return be refunded?
Refunds will be made via the original payment method, with the exception of cash on delivery, which will be made via bank transfer. In this case, you will receive an email requesting your account number once the returned order is received at our facility. For deferred payments, reimbursement will be processed through the respective financial institution.
How to refund deferred payments
If you paid for your order using the deferred payment option, the refund will be issued through the selected financial institution. If an order is partially returned, the unpaid fees will be recalculated, and if an order is fully returned, the paid fees will be refunded.

Shipping charges are only refunded for cancelled orders or defective items.
Discounts obtained through coupons at the time of purchase are not refunded. If an item purchased with a coupon needs to be refunded, the item price will be refunded and the coupon will be re-applied to your account, but the coupon total will not be refunded in cash. More information.

How do I use codes and coupons?
To use a code or coupon at Esdemarca, you must enter it directly into your shopping cart before completing your purchase. It is important to note that codes and coupons cannot be stacked or combined, so only one can be used per order.
How long is the delivery time?
Esdemarca's standard delivery time for all products is 24 - 72 hours; although sometimes delivery can take around 1 week.
