eSky - Flight tracker & booking

I used a bad app to book my journey from Lisbon to New Delhi. My ticket got cancelled on its own and I can't reach customer service for help. Now, I'm in big trouble because of this app. They won't give me a refund or find me another flight. Don't use this app, save yourself from this kind of situation.

Made a reservation for two flights. Later got a call. Second flight was fine, but couldn't catch it as the first one was full. No more seats left. They said can't refund all my money since second flight was confirmed. Even though first one wasn't. So, that's it. Won't try again.

Had some booking issues initially, so had to use a different service to purchase tickets. Encountered two more problems later on. Firstly, for Ryanair, mobile tickets weren't provided after check-in; printing was required. Secondly, with Vueling, self-check-in was necessary without any prior notice, unlike the automatic check-in with Ryanair. Improvements needed from Esky's end.

The app I used to buy a trip from LAX turned out to be a scam. When I got to the airport, they said my reservation wasn't there. I couldn't reach esky by phone, so I sent an email. They only got back to me a week later, after I was supposed to fly, and told me there was no refund or exchange possible, and that I should use the ticket - even though I didn't have one. It was a total rip-off. Now, I'm getting my bank to cancel the charges from these scammers.

I thought the app would be better than the web version, but it's not. The app doesn't let me check flights and accommodations together like the website does. So, I still prefer using the website over the app. Also, the FAQ said I could pay through other methods besides credit card after confirming with support, but turns out that's not true.

Lost more than 10.000 euros because of a silly entry form for Germany that wasn't on their website. Get your tickets straight from the airline, avoid agencies. They won't help you with refunds or even provide a contact number. Don't repeat my errors. They even charge for online check-in. Let them suffer!

I missed my first connection flight in Athens because of bad weather. Esky quickly arranged a new one for me and I arrived in Singapore on time. I'm sticking with Esky for future travels.

I had a really bad time with eSky. I suggest staying away from them if you can. My flight was only 5 hours away and I still didn't have my boarding pass. I tried calling and emailing multiple times, but couldn't reach them. They gave me the wrong info about my luggage too. The app is not easy to use and the staff don't seem very skilled. It was a waste of money and time. Just be careful because their branding might trick you.

I bought tickets from them. They sent an email with information and I paid extra for insurances to change dates and cancel tickets. A week before my flight, I tried to contact them but couldn't find a clear way. The only email available was an auto-reply about cancellation fees. It's frustrating that they are still operating like this!
