Espresso House - Coffee shop locator

I wanted to let you know that when I open the app, it still doesn't show me any suggestions. I decided to reinstall it and now I can see the products. Honestly, this app is the worst one I've ever come across. Even though I love Espresso House, this app really frustrates me. If it doesn't improve, I might have to stop going there. The latest version is a disaster. I can't add my credit card details; it just redirects me to the login page. Plus, I can't save my name, picture, or anything. The previous version was much better. This new version is making me want to avoid Espresso House altogether.

The new interface is strange. It's not easy for users to use. The home symbol resembles a trash can or recycling bin more than a coffee cup. Also, when I make a payment, my credit in the app doesn't change by itself. There isn't a button to refresh it. I have to close the app and open it again to see the latest amount in my account.

Wow, the new app is amazing! It's super useful. I've also tried out the preorder feature, and it works really well. The only thing is, there's no way to customize your drink, like adding extra espresso shots. If they add that feature, then it will be just perfect! Great job!

The new app has a couple of problems. Firstly, on my phone which is set to US English, many text items are showing up as "@1234" numbers. This is probably due to missing translation strings. Also, the app is asking for permission to access my contacts without giving a reason why. It's frustrating dealing with these issues during development.

You are facing a problem when trying to pay for a subscription. Even after adding your payment details, the error message "oops, something went wrong" pops up when you attempt to purchase the subscription. Additionally, the app does not open correctly and gets stuck loading with a spinning circle.

This app is awesome! The coffee here is top-notch, but it's on the pricier side. It's definitely geared towards the upper class in society.

I can't log back in after the update, I'm waiting for the SMS code but nothing is showing up. It seems like my account and the money are just gone now.

The ratings for this app are low, and I'm confused because my experience with it has been really good. The only issue I found is that the pictures won't load.
