Oh man, my experience with the eufy robovacuum has been rough. It just doesn't do what it's supposed to and keeps missing tasks. On top of that, it needs updates almost every month to iron out the bugs, especially with the navigation. But those updates never seem to come. I've been sending feedback, but no one seems to be addressing the issue. The navigation system on the ecovac, on the other hand, is miles ahead and way more sophisticated.

So, after the latest update, the app was really acting up for me when I tried to change floors. I've faced issues with it in the past, but this time it was just way too much. I went ahead and tried the classic trick of uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, but sadly, that didn't fix it this time. It's a shame because the actual machine works really well, but it seems like they haven't put in as much effort into the app side of things. **But hey, finally, it's starting to behave the way it's supposed to. Well, most of the time... I've decided to give it a better rating now, but I'll still keep my original comments there for others to see.

Everything is going well. We are managing a robotic vacuum cleaner that operates at 30 degrees Celsius using an application, and it is functioning effectively. Sometimes the robot vacuum gets stuck under objects, but the application has been effective in directing us to its location. It also notifies us when it encounters any issues—this doesn't really assist me while I am at work, but it lets me know to find it once I return home.

The app was all good at first, but then there was an update. Now, when cleaning, the map won't let you zoom in. Every time you try, it just zooms out again by itself. It's a bit frustrating. Despite this issue, the app works fine and does what I need for mapping and cleaning.

The latest interface is more difficult to navigate. Adjusting the light intensity is now done by selecting a color on a wheel, which makes it challenging to achieve the desired setting. The previous interface allowed for quick adjustments by simply scrolling through percentage numbers. It was much simpler to set the brightness at 30% with the old system, but now it's uncertain whether it should be represented by a yellow tinge or slightly whiter hue. I noticed that in February 2019, a new interface was introduced which has greatly improved usability. Now, adjusting the light settings is much easier. I think it would be beneficial to have preset options for sunrise and sunset instead of specific hours. This would simplify the process of setting on and off times.

You got one Eufy smartplug and set it up with Google Assistant for voice control. It worked well. Then you got a second one and attempted to add it to Google Assistant, but had trouble adding the new plug. You removed the app from Google Assistant to re-add it. Now, you are stuck on the login page for authorization, as it keeps redirecting back to the same login page each time you try. Even after changing your password, it still redirects you. So now, you're facing the issue of not being able to use voice commands, which was the main reason you purchased the smartplugs in the first place.

I love this app! I use it with my smart robovac. You can schedule cleaning times and even start the robot when you're not home. The app is very user-friendly and offers extra features like reminders for cleaning and part replacement. You can even order parts directly from the app. If your robovac encounters issues like getting stuck or needing sensor cleaning, the app will notify you. It's amazing! 👍🏻

As soon as I opened the box, the app looked really nice. I followed the steps to connect the robot with my phone, but it kept saying my phone wasn't connected to the robot's WiFi - even though it was! I repeated the process three times, starting fresh twice, closing the app, restarting my phone, and deleting the app. It should be easy to set up, but it's not working well with Android phones. If I can't get the WiFi and Google Home features to work, I'll have to return it. UPDATE: After talking to tech support, I tried setting it up using an iPhone 7 I had for work. It only took a few seconds, and now my Android Pixel 2 sees the eufy vacuum. It's disappointing that the app doesn't work smoothly on Android flagship phones. This kind of issue with developers not making things easy for Android devices is way too common. UPDATE: The Pet Edition 11c still shows as offline on the Pixel 2, but when I changed the name on the iPhone 7, it updated correctly on the Pixel 7. Even though there was an error on the iPhone 7, it started cleaning when I chose clean mode. I even turned off the iPhone's WiFi, and the app still worked 😂. I have to say, the iOS version gets five stars from me.
