Learn the basics of Movement and Attacking

In the game, European War 7: Medieval, moving and attacking the opponent both are using the same technique. To move and to attack, you will need to tap your own unit and tap to the area marked with green arrows for moving. If you want to attack your opponents then instead of tapping the green arrowed area, you tap the opponent’s unit. But the opponent’s unit needs to have a sword symbol on it, otherwise, you cannot attack your opponent.

The movement in the game is counted based on the steps, the steps will determine how far you can move, and also it will determine how many times you can attack your opponents. In general, in the game, each attack on your opponents will consume 6 steps, you need to watch for the number of your steps left if you want to move again after attacking.

Mastering the basic Controls

There are always cities in the area where you are doing your battle in the game. These cities are not only a decoration feature of the game, but the cities also have their purpose, you can recruit soldiers from the cities, not only that if one of your units are having members less than three you can replenish them in the city too by recruiting new soldiers.

A mixed Unit Operation is where you create a unit by recruiting different types of soldiers to form that unit. To make it very simple, all you need to do is to tap the city and recruit soldiers from different types, remember that you can only have three soldiers in one unit, so pick wisely. Mixed Units are very useful, they will give you various profits, and you will have a balance on both defense and attacking power.

Understanding the City, Village, and Castle

This will have a connection to the previous guide. You will see a lot of cities and at least one castle. The three of them have a similar function, which is to recruit soldiers, but that is not all, there are some other things that you need to know about these three.

4. Choose your Opponents wisely

What it means is, while looking at your unit and the enemy, choose the enemy unit that you can defeat quickly. Some enemy has much stronger defense than you, while some have more attack power than you. You can do this by looking and the icon of the enemy, by that, you can see what type of soldiers the enemy unit has.

5. Choose your method to win the game

In the game, there are two ways for you to win the game. Both ways are also can be found in other games. These two ways are either to defeat all opponent units or capture their key points. Of course, for you to win in each way, a different strategy will be needed.

6. Avoid going all-out attack

What it means is that you should not spend all of your units on an all-out attack. The enemy unit can be sneaky despite being a bot. Leave a couple of your units near a border of enemy territory or near your key point. At some point, you will need to play full defensive.

7. Use your War Gear wisely

Using war gear is one way to help you win the battle. There are a lot of war gears in the game, you can use them depending on the situation. Using war gear also consumes technology (a gear like a token in the game) and the amount of the technology is limited. This technology can be obtained by eliminating enemy units.
