EVA AIR - Book flights effortlessly

Flying with Eva is always a wonderful experience. Their planes are impeccably clean and the technology onboard works seamlessly. The flights are quick, making it easy to reach your destination without feeling tired. Every trip with Eva Air Line is enjoyable and I'm thankful for that. Unlike Thai airline, there's too much politics involved. Many people fly for free which makes the business unprofessional. Those who are wealthy don't seem to have a conscience when it comes to sharing with others. It's important to think about what we leave behind in this world and how we can give back.

Every time I attempt to check in, whether it's using WiFi or 4G, I keep getting an error message saying 'network unstable'. This happens across different devices. The online check-in process also requires me to print my boarding pass, which I cannot do because the check-in only opens 24 hours prior to the flight on weekends. This situation is frustrating and I am very disappointed with the service provided.

The app I used was incredibly slow. When trying to check in for my flight, I clicked on the tab and then had to wait...and wait...and wait some more. It took about 2-3 minutes for the screen to finally appear, after they tried to sell me an upgraded meal. Every time I clicked on something after that, it was the same story. And no, it wasn't my wifi connection causing the issue. The app was just as slow whether I was using cellular data or wifi, and on various wifi networks, all of which were quite fast.

This airline app and service are top-notch, always my go-to when I travel to Asia.

Oh no, the app is not working on our smartphones at all. We tried calling customer service on a Sunday, but couldn't reach a human. We spent hours trying to use the online features... What a terrible app! Let's book with Asiana Airlines for our next trip.

Remember to keep your booking confirmation code in mind. You will have to input the code together with your first and last name every time you access the app. It's quite inconvenient but necessary.

So lately I noticed the main feature of the app that let me check my upcoming trips and do mobile check-in, stopped working. It's such a bummer because now the app is pretty much useless. Even before when it was working, if you got a mobile boarding pass before they assigned a gate for your flight, the gate info would stay blank even after they eventually gave you a gate number. And there's no way to refresh the data either. I haven't used many airline apps but this one has definitely been the least helpful so far.

This app is awesome and the airline is top-notch! It would be even better if we could search for trips that include multiple cities.

This login system is so frustrating. It should just stick to the regular keyboard instead of making its own. The autofill doesn't even work and I can't paste my password in. My password is 30 characters long and completely random. But every time I try to type it, the special characters mess it up and clear the field. So I can't log in if I want to use a secure password! And on top of that, I keep getting random Chinese pop-up messages even though my app is set to English. They really need to hire developers who actually understand user experience.
