    The app doesn't have a Contact or Messaging feature. So, you can't reach the authority. They say you can message them on Facebook, but they aren't responsive. Or you can email them, but I doubt they'll reply. My order is over a week old with no update. It's been a terrible experience.

    I've been using this app for about three months now, keeping a close eye on what they're up to for the past two months. Everything seems fine with the app itself, but I'm really worried about how they run their business. It just doesn't sit right with me. A lot of people have been reporting problems with this so-called business platform, and unfortunately, I'm one of them. Their deliveries often arrive late, which makes me think they might be intentionally delaying things to keep hold of customers' money. It's all very suspicious.

    So, this store sells fake stuff, and if you try to get your money back, they bother you with all sorts of excuses. Their service is really bad. Plus, they never deliver things in 45 days like they promise; it usually takes 90 to 180 days. And they make you pay upfront. Lately, they've been cancelling orders because of delays, and then they hassle you more for a refund. And when they do give you money back, it's usually just store credit instead of actual cash...and the cycle goes on.

    I like to shop on evaly because I can search, compare, and buy easily. When I buy from "evaly", I feel like I am saving money. Also, it would be great if the app is more user-friendly and responsive. Maybe if they try a little harder to improve, they could become very successful.

    The search option needs improvement, especially for finding shops by their name. It would be helpful to add area details for food and Shopno Express, specifying the delivery areas. Contact details for Delivery Hero should be included. Before canceling an order, Delivery Hero should contact the customer to explain the reason for cancellation, giving the customer a chance to collect their product more effectively. Thank you.

    This was the worst experience ever. It took 4 months to receive a simple product (no special promotion). I requested to cancel my order and get a refund for three months, but they still sent the product. I faced issues trying to cancel the order and get a refund more than 5 times. Each time, I received unhelpful responses and my problems were erased from their system multiple times. The app's chat feature is also unreliable, often failing to load. I'm done with Evally.
