Ship customization guide

All of your space ships are customizable. You can (meanwhile the ship is compatible with the components, and it fits, mainly) do what ever you want.

When you're going to customize a ship, you can add up to 2 "satellites", these will give you extra room for things that you might like to add to your ship, like more firepower, armor, energy or even speed.

Note that while increasing a ship's room, you'll gain more weight, and make it slower. A full ship might be slower than a self-suficient ship with the things that it needs to work (drives, weapons, fuel tanks and energy reactors)

Click on the cubes on the sides of the ship to add a satellite. Note that not every satellite is compatible with every ship.

Once equiped a satellite (or not, it's up to you) go to the ship's equipment. This will allow you to modify your ship as you please.

Every time you acquire a new ship, this will have it's components 'locked', this means that you have to spend credits to unlock them (so you can remove them from the ship and add them to another one, or just to move them around the ship)

You'll have at your left side, the different categories of items:

-Weapons

-Energy

-Armor

-Propellers

-Drones

-Extras

And a remove button to remove all the ship's components excluding the ones that are blocked.

You can make a tank for example, slow but strong ship capable of resisting several impacts and causing a decent amount of damage, like this Chronos

(With 247 hit points and a repair bot to fix it between enemies:)

Or a small, fast ship with medium/high damage output, like this Scout Mk.2

Or even a balanced ship, with decent damage output and decent hit point, enough to receive a hit and return it, like this Thunder

Basically, do whatever you want, they're your ships, so you can make kamikaze ships, with quantom detonators and afterburners, ships that deal damage when crashing with other ships, or ships that can bring down destroyers with a few shots from a distance with a Railgun!
