When do the tickets go on sale?

Regular advance sales start on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 9 a.m. Tickets can be purchased online via our webshop.

What options are available for wheelchair users, people with disabilities, and their companions?

What should I consider when making my purchase?

You can buy a maximum of six (6) tickets per concert. Tickets are available exclusively as an EVENTIM.Pass, which combats secondary market resales. Access your tickets via the EVENTIM.App on your smartphone.

What are the entry conditions?

To use digital tickets, you need a mobile device with the EVENTIM.App installed. Ensure your phone is charged, as entry requires the EVENTIM.Pass displayed on your device. All tickets are personalized to the buyer's name, and companions must enter the concert with the main ticket holder. Resale and re-personalization will be available via fanSALE from February 3rd, 2025.

Is my ticket valid for public transport?

Yes, your ticket also serves as a pass for local public transport.

    Events' times on the app are wrong and different from the website. Discounts aren't displayed completely on the app either. In general, the app is not dependable, so I prefer using the website instead.

    I spent an hour online trying to buy tickets, but got sent to 3 different queues. Finally, I was told the tickets were unavailable after all that time wasted. Won't be using that service again.

    Booked some shows on eventim. Two got canceled, not sure why. They didn't refund automatically, had to ask for it myself. And even then, only got back part of the money. They charge a fee for nothing. Definitely not booking with them again. Just a heads-up.

    PayPal doesn't work. After finishing with PayPal, the app's redirect is broken. There might be a wrong deeplink back to the app. Now, I have pending full auths on my account. I can't use my money to see the bands I want until the auths expire. It's frustrating that payment methods are available but not working. Kindly fix this issue.

    It's a real pain to get a refund for a cancelled event, plus they keep all those extra fees you paid for the ticket.

    I keep seeing the "cookie not found" message. I've tried different web browsers, restarted my phone, and checked everything, but still can't find any help or contact anyone. This situation is really frustrating.

    Functionalities work smoothly; booking process is simple, and "my orders" section is great for easily printing tickets.

    The app is just terrible. You can't even log in to access your tickets. When you try on your computer, it tells you to get the app instead. It's like going in circles, and the "help center" doesn't help at all.

    So, the concert is coming up and I can't get my ticket on EVENTIM.Pass because the app is acting up. When I click on login/register, there's no option to enter my username and password. It's so frustrating! Any other way to get into the concert without using the app?
