Expedia - Book travel deals easily

I love using Expedia whenever I plan a trip. Their prices are always my go-to because they're the best. The website is so simple to use and cancelling is hassle-free, which really makes traveling a breeze. I appreciate how they provide detailed reviews of their affiliated properties, giving me all the information I need like directions and contact numbers. It's just super convenient for any traveler!

I tried using this app a few times, and it usually did a decent job before. But when I actually needed help to cancel a trip this time, things went haywire. I had purchased travel protection because the hotel prices were steep due to the holiday weekend. I was in a bind because I had classes to attend. Despite having travel protection, they couldn't refund me or guide me on how to resolve the problem when my classes got rescheduled. The information they provided led nowhere. It left me wondering, what's the point of offering the service in the first place?

So, I made my booking with the app thinking it was set in Saudi Arabia. However, since my phone is actually set to Australia, the app couldn't update the location automatically. As a result, none of my trip information was visible, and I couldn't change the country setting. It shouldn't really matter where I book from or which currency I choose to pay in. I believe my email should serve as the link that allows me to adjust these settings without losing any trip details or tier information. It's frustrating because even the agent I spoke to couldn't figure out how to resolve this issue.

I've been a fan of Expedia for a solid decade now and I can't get enough of it. It's just so handy when it comes to booking trips - the discounts, the virtual help if you need it, and don't even get me started on how simple it is to use those travel points for your next adventure!

Ugh, the customer service is so terrible! I can't even find a contact number to reach out for help. It just offers to chat with a virtual bot that seems clueless about what I need assistance with. And to make matters worse, it keeps prompting me to sign in to talk to a real customer service agent, but the issue is that I can't log into my account even though I'm entering the correct username and password. This situation is beyond frustrating. I really dislike how it merged with One Key; problems have been arising ever since. Please, sort this out!
