PAY WITH YOUR PHONE

It’s simple, safe, and contactless! For fuel purchases, just open the app, select ‘Pay at Pump’, enter your pump number, and authorize the pump. All you have to do is get out of your car to select a fuel grade and begin fueling. When you finish fueling, the app automatically displays a receipt with your transaction total, earned rewards, and, if selected, a car wash code.

If your location services are turned off, simply scan the QR code at the pump to select your pump number.

For in-store purchases, open the app, select ‘Pay in Store’, confirm your payment method, click ‘Generate QR Code’, and show the QR code to the cashier for scanning. When your transaction is complete, the app automatically displays a receipt with your transaction total and earned rewards.

STEP2: Use your membership

With four ways to collect points, earning savings is easy: Use mobile pay in the app to pay at the pump or inside the store , scan your member ID, enter your Alt-ID (phone number) or use your member card with every purchase. 

STEP3: Earn points

Earn rewards points on fuel and in-store purchases and even on car washes.

STEP4: Redeem and save

Check your points balance as you go. Accumulate points and then redeem them for savings at the pump or inside the convenience store.

Questions about using the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app

Why did I receive an error while trying to log in?

Make sure the latest version of the app is installed on your device. If you are still experiencing an error after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the station could be experiencing a configuration issue between your device and the Wi-Fi connection. You can call us at our Customer Service line at 888-REWARD+ (1-888-739-2730) for assistance.

Why didn’t I receive points for my last transaction?

Not all Exxon and Mobil stations participate in the rewards program, so points cannot be earned at non-participating stations. If you have any questions, please call us at our Customer Service line at 888-REWARD+ (1-888-739-2730).

What payments methods are accepted in the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app?

The Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app accepts all major credit cards, Exxon Mobil Personal Cards, Exxon Mobil Smart Card+™, Exxon Mobil Direct Debit+™ (ACH debit payment) and tech wallets, including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay and Master Card Click to Pay. At this time, the app does not support the ExxonMobil Fleet Card or gift cards. Please be advised that currently, the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app does not support Apple Pay tech wallet for mobile pay inside the store.

What is the maximum number of payments types that I can add to the app?

The Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app currently limits users to 2 credit / debit cards in the wallet, plus the tech wallet and Direct Debit+.

How do I enroll for Exxon Mobil Direct Debit+ through the app?

To enroll for Exxon Mobil Direct Debit+ you must download the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app and have a checking account.

     STEP1: Launch the Exxon Mobil app.

     STEP2: Select "Account"

     STEP3: Select "Wallet", then click on the "Add payment" located at the upper right side of the screen.

     STEP4: Select "Exxon Mobil Direct Debit+" to begin the enrollment process. Enter your personal information and your banking credentials.

     STEP5: After your Direct Debit+ account is linked to the selected checking account, a digital account will be automatically added to the mobile app so you can start paying with Exxon Mobil Direct Debit+ in the app immediately.
