EZCast - Screen mirroring & casting

Can't cast from Android devices after updating ezcast wire device to firmware 18296001. Tried with multiple phones, but getting "request denied" message. Even tried USB tethering but same issue. Gave all necessary permissions, including floating permission. Was able to cast before 18296001 firmware. Please resolve this problem soon. It's frustrating.

I followed your advice by charging my device and adjusting the app settings to run in the background. The issue of crashing seems to be resolved when using normal apps like Facebook. However, when playing games such as Call of Duty Mobile in landscape mode, the screen casting freezes on the TV after about 5 seconds when there is a lot of action happening in the game. Everything works fine on my phone though. It appears that EZCast may not be able to handle the intense graphics processing, or it could be a bug. I hope this can be addressed soon. So, you know that app you updated today? Well, it's been a disaster. I just can't seem to mirror my phone anymore, which is the only reason I have your device. All I used it for was watching movies on a bigger screen. Can you please give me back the old version?

Worked fine before, but now when I plug in the USB, it just mirrors briefly before freezing. I've swapped out the USB cable and reset both my tablet and dongle by holding the button for 5 seconds. Nothing worked. The response to my review shows they're not paying attention.

My tablet landscape mode doesn't work when I mirror the screen. It stays in portrait and I can't switch it, so the TV screen only shows my tablet's portrait view. It's inconvenient because I need to display presentations properly on the whole TV screen, not just in the center surrounded by black. It used to work well before, but now it's not useful at all.

After clicking on "EZ Channel", "Video", "Photo", "Camera", "Web", and "Cloud Storage" in the EZCast app, the virus file folder named "Baidu" gets installed on your device. If you agree to grant access to the system media folder, the "Baidu" virus will take control once you enable "USB Debugging". In this case, your Android device running version 8.0 may experience issues such as no WiFi connection and continuous restarting. Interestingly, the previous version 2.7.0.866 does not contain the "Baidu" virus folder, whereas the current version only creates the "Baidu" folder when accessing "Music" through the file manager. It seems that the creation of the Baidu folder happens automatically without user input.

I don't like the new camera function. In the old version, I could rotate and enlarge the picture after taking it. But now I can't do that anymore.

Everything was going well with my device until I decided to update the firmware. Now, when I try to cast something, it starts but then stops suddenly. To get it working again, I have to disconnect it from my phone, reconnect, and then the cycle just repeats. Could you please help me fix this issue? The device I am using is a Coolpad Legacy.
