RETURNS POLICY:
Our Return Process is simple. You can return your merchandise up to 90 days from the date of despatch of your package.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
It can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
All return charges are the customer's liability.
Important Information:
- DVDs, videos or PC & video games which have been opened, pierced jewellery and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if these items are received damaged or wrong.
- Personalised items are non-returnable. A refund will only be permitted if the garment is faulty, damaged or wrong. We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt or short has been printed, if a player leaves the team and/or their team number changes, or if the badge changes in the future.
- We are unable to return any products which by reason of their nature cannot be returned (for example, underwear/swimwear due to hygiene reasons) or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Tracking Your Order
We have recently made changes to our site to ensure you have the best shopping experience possible! With these changes, you will not be able to access any account or order information for orders placed prior to June 30, 2020.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have questions regarding an order placed prior to this date, please reach out to our Customer Service Team and they will be able to assist you.
For any order placed after June 30, 2020, you can at any time log into your account on our site and review your current order status as well as the tracking information if your order is eligible for tracking.
Once your order ships from our facility you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the method and destination of your order will determine if your shipping confirmation contains tracking.
Please Note: If your order includes a personalised item, this may add an additional 3 working days to your processing timeframe. Regardless of which delivery method you selected at the time of checkout, we will still need an additional 3 days to process your personalisation.
Customs & Duty:
For orders shipping to the EU, any relevant duties & taxes will be displayed and charged at the checkout. For orders shipping to other countries, any import duties, or similar charges due on your order will be levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Different Stock Availability: If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.
Despatching of Orders: Although we try to process and despatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
Pre-Orders: Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website
Payment Card Checks: Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment card which could delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.
Personalised Items: items requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra 3 days before they are ready to be despatched.

- How do we protect your Data?

- What should I do if I forget my password?
1. If you are not logged in and have forgotten your password, click on “My Account” at the top of any page.
2. Click on the “FORGOT PASSWORD” link under the “Log In” button.
3. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with a new password.
4. Click on the link in the password reset email received and follow the prompts to change your password.
- How do I return an item?
Visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided. Please have your Order Number and Postal Code ready to complete this process. This was sent to you in your Order Confirmation email.
Once you have completed the return steps on screen, select your return method and download the returns label provided.
Attach the provided label to your return package and drop it off at the nearest drop off point.
Once your package begins transit you will be able to track the progress of your return via the Returns Portal. As a reminder, it can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
