Will I have to always go to the website/App to check my order status or is there any way I can get updates?

We will notify you through Email and SMS at every stage of your order journey. Alternatively, you can view the same by going to Account - > My Orders on the website or app.

Where is my Order?

You can check your order status on www.ssbeauty.in or on the Shoppers stop App by clicking on Profile > My Orders. We also send email and SMS notifications at every stage of your order.

Can I return products in case I do not like them?

We make every effort to ensure that customers receive adequate information about the products that we sell on Shoppers Stop. Once you have received the exact products ordered and they do not qualify for returns for any of the reasons stated below, you cannot return products once purchased and received.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can. Shoppers Stop has an Easy 15 Day Return Policy and you can initiate a return/replacement for any individual item or at an item level if you have ordered multiple items.
