    I stayed at this hotel, and it was not great. The pictures online were way better than reality. The toilet didn't work, and the rooms were in bad shape. The bedsheets were dirty, and when I asked for new ones, nobody was there to help. At night, the water had issues. My stay was not good at all. I wouldn't suggest this hotel after what I went through there.

    This hotel franchise was a disaster. Mosquitos everywhere, bed sheets dirty, the building falling apart. The bathroom was disgusting. The room smelled terrible. We had to leave right away to find a better place to stay. Don't bother with this hotel - it's not worth your money or time.

    I had a really bad experience with their customer service. They didn't seem to care about making sure I was happy. I had to check out early for some reason, but the customer support couldn't help me with that and wanted me to pay for the days I wasn't going to stay. Every time I contacted them, I got a different person replying.

    I uninstalled the app right away. I made a booking but they couldn't give me a complete invoice for what I paid online. They only gave me a service tax invoice, so I couldn't get back my money which caused me to lose financially. Even after reaching out to customer service, they were not able to satisfy me as a customer. The app is completely useless so I uninstalled it. It's better to consider carefully before installing it.

    Don't trust these hotel chains, they are scamming you. The photos they show on their app and website are fake. In reality, they are worse than motels. They tried to make me stay in a freshly painted room that smelled terrible. I rejected it and asked for a refund but they didn't give it to me. Instead, they made me wait outside the hotel for almost 2 hours. None of their call center agents responded quickly. I had to go to a different hotel. Please, don't choose this one. 🙏

    I once stayed at the Hemkoot Mansion in Noida Sector 15. There weren't any signposts, they used bricks to prop up the bed, there was no water, and the air conditioner blew out hot air in the summer. I advise against staying at this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels available in that area, so you should explore other options instead.
