    Due to everything getting more expensive, it just made sense to get the digital club membership. I've been using NTUC app for a while now. Now even the coffee shops nearby accept payment through the app and give a 10% discount. It really simplifies things.

    The design is still bad even though it's been years. The app keeps freezing. Sometimes the drop-down list won't load, and other times uploading pictures fails. It took me 5 tries just to report a wrong item. When I tried to type, the app didn't move up to show the text field. Did you even test it?

    It's simple to use but there aren't many products and some are sold out. So, I end up having to buy them from the store directly. The barcode scanner was taken out after the app was updated. Please put it back. It's really helpful for shopping in the supermarket and then ordering online for delivery.

    Before, this app was just okay and often didn't have everything in stock. But recently, they seem to have fixed that issue since the Cashback promotion ended. They now have enough stock for most things, except fresh vegetables. Also, the delivery service has gotten way better. It used to be impossible to pick a delivery slot, but now I can get same-day delivery. I'm really impressed with how much they've improved, so I'll keep using this app.

    The App is simple to use. However, sometimes it shows 'out-of-stock', even though the item is in stock at Fairprice stores. I had to go all the way to the Mall just to get that one item. It was really frustrating!

    I really like this app because it lets me make payments and collect points all in one place. The electronic receipts are great for keeping track of my spending, especially with prices going up. I can't wait for them to add the loyalty program points too. I'm tired of those thermal paper receipts, they're just a waste and bad for the environment!
