1. Why doesn't the cancellation option appear on the App Store or Google Play?

If you can't see the "Cancel" button on the Falou subscription on the App Store or Google Play, it means that the subscription is already cancelled and will not be renewed the next period.

2. Do I get my money back when I cancel a subscription?

When you cancel a subscription on the App Store or Google Play, this means that the subscription will not renew the next period. The cancellation process is different from the refund process. Therefore, when a subscription is cancelled, the money doesn't return to the owner.

You can search for "refund" on this Help Center to find the proper instructions.

3. Can I reset progress for just one language course?

Falou saves your progress so you can track your learning journey and see how much you've improved. At the moment, it's not possible to reset the progress for just one language course.

You can delete your account in order to reset the progress, but this includes deleting the progress you have in all language courses.

Observation: if you are a Premium user and has a Falou Premium subscription, your subscription isn't affected by the deletion of your account.

4. Can I reset all my progress for all languages in Falou?

Falou saves your progress so you can track your learning journey and see how much you've improved. But you can delete your Falou account in order to reset the progress for all languages in Falou:

   1) Open the Falou app;

   2) Go to the "Progress" tab;

   3) Tap the "Settings" icon on the top right corner;

   4) Tap "I need help";

   5) Tap "Delete Account".

Observation: if you are a Premium user and has a Falou Premium subscription, your subscription isn't affected by the deletion of your account.

5. I don't have a credit card or debit card. Can I subscribe to Falou?

For the security of our students, all the Falou subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google. Therefore, the only way to purchase the Falou subscription is via App Store or Google Play mechanisms.
