Star Points

Q. How do I use my Star Points?

A. By general stars, you can vote for singers, individual voting, theme voting, singer candidate registration, individual candidate registration, and community recommendation booster. Rainbow stars are eligible for singer voting, individual voting, theme voting, community special booster, (ADs.) donations.

Q. Is there any expiration of star points?

A. The expiration date for daily star is 15 days from the date of acquisition, and for rainbow stars is 1 year.

Q. How do I turn off the Timed Star Event Notifications?

A. Time Star Event Notifications can beturned off and on via Personal Settings -> APP Settings -> Alarm Settings after logging in to the timed star even application.

Q. How do I collect Rainbow Stars?

A. Rainbow stars can be obtained by paying, using a free charging station, winning a roulette event, winning the best post, and registering as a referral.

How to check my Ads ID

Android: Mobile Phone Settings > Google > Ads > Your Advertising ID

IOS: Go to App Store > Download The Identifiers > Advertising Identifier

Best Post

Q. How can I be the Best Post?

A. The best post is randomly selected by the editor based on the number of recommendations, shares, and comments.

The possibility of being selected as best post goes up when you attach image files together with the texts, so please write as many as you can.

Idol Star

Q. What should I do when my idol star is not in the list of My Idols?

A. If your idol star is not registered in ‘My Idols’, you may request through ‘Inquiry’ page.

Q. What should I do when my idol star is not on the list of Singer Ranking & Personal Rankings?

A. If you can't find a candidate, you can add it yourself through the plus button at the bottom right of the page.(Adding idols stars needs 3 ordinary stars)

Nickname & SNS Account

Q. Can I still change my Nickname?

A. Nicknames can be edited/changed in ‘Edit My Personal Information’ page. If there’s any error occurring due to e-mail address, a different e-mail should be entered to successfully change the details.

Q. How can I log in with different account?

A. To log in with another account, kindly go to internet settings and delete cookies. Then you’ll be able to log in with different account.

Voting Period

Q. Is there any deadline for voting?

A. The singer, personal, and theme votes close at 12 p.m. every Monday. (Based on Korean time)

Profile Images or Nicknames

Q. What do I do when the image attachment keeps on occurring errors?

A. When there are errors occurring for image attachments, please check the image size or the format of the image since there’s limit to the attachments (Size = Below 5MB; Format = gif, png, jpg, jpeg only). If the error persists, you may also upload the images through the website.

Q. How do I view the Fan Contributions?

A. Fan Contributions can be viewed by scrolling down. If it does not appear right away, kindly keep on scrolling down.

Join & ID Restoration

Q. Can I sign up more than one account?

A. Creating several IDs without verifications are prohibited. Specially signing up with a lot of dummy emails, similar IDs (i.e., ABCD1, ABCD2,,,ABCD100), or repetitive IP addresses are detected, there may be disadvantageous.

Q. How do I rejoin or restore my ID?

A. The ID can only be restored after 6 months from account termination. Please inquire through the proposal inquiry.(fannstar@tf.co.kr)

Q. Referrer

A. Referrals can only be added for the IDs with mobile phone verification through direct subscription of FANNSTAR. Registration with SNS cannot input any referrals
