FantaSanremo: a fan-made fantasy game based on the Sanremo Festival.

Assemble your team by selecting 5 artists competing at the Festival and assign a captain.

Each player has 100 baudis (the FantaSanremo currency) to construct their team.

Your points will vary based on your artists' performances.

Refer to the rulebook for a detailed list of bonuses and penalties.

You can create a maximum of 5 teams using your account.

Additionally, you are allowed to form up to 5 leagues to challenge other players and participate in a maximum of 25 leagues.

What is FantaSanremo?

It all started in 2020, during the pandemic, when a group of friends who frequented the Papalina bar in the Corva neighbourhood of Porto Sant'Elpidio turned the games and report cards of their festival listening group into a phenomenon of habit. All it took was to broadcast the whole thing online, update the rules a little, and the Sanremo-style reinterpretation of fantasy football caught on more and more until it became a favourite pastime of those who follow the Italian Song Festival (as well as the singers in the competition). Suffice to say that within 24 hours of registration for FantaSanremo 2024 opening on 27 December, two hundred and fifty thousand teams and thirty thousand leagues, including private and secret ones, had already been formed.
