Farlight 84 guide for beginners - Essential tips and tricks

Tip #1 - Choosing the right Heroes

Farlight 84

Farlight 84 is like Apex Legends Mobile when it comes to characters. There are currently a total of 14 heroes, each with unique abilities. Each hero has three special skills - ultimate, tactical and passive. The heroes are also categorised by various roles: Attack, Defense, Scout and Support.

Before jumping into the action, each squad member must select a hero. Remember, your squad should be balanced by including heroes with different roles. If your team is new, you can simply take one of each role. This way, you will have a balanced squad that’s equally good at scouting, attacking, and even defending when required.

As for what hero you should choose, that entirely depends on your preferred playstyle. If you like to play aggressively, go for an attacker or scout hero. If you want to rush and engage in fights, choose heroes like Phantom or Maggie. And if you like to play defensive, choose heroes like Ducksyde. Playing as support isn't much fun, but having a support hero in your team is really helpful. Momoi is a good choice if you’re going down the support route.

Tip #2 - Choosing Guns

Farlight 84

As a beginner, Farlight 84 feels quite complicated as there are so many heroes, vehicles and weapons. But after playing for a while, you will find heroes that you click with, and it's the same with the guns.

The game’s health mechanics are similar to CoD Mobile or Apex Legends the heroes have 100 HP, and over that, they have shields. Unlike PUBG Mobile, here you can't really one-shot kill an enemy even if you land a headshot (unless it's the early game and they have no shields), making snipers and shotguns useless in most scenarios. So if you are a beginner, I highly recommend sticking to SMGs and Assault Rifles.

There are five SMGs and seven Assault Rifles available. I recommend using the Generator, M4, and Jupiter-6 when it comes to rifles and the White Dwarf, UMP99, and Mad Rabbit if you’d prefer an SMG, as they are easy to use, have good stats, and the recoil control is pretty easy. However, if you have played a lot of shooters, you can also try burst weapons, as they have good damage but require good accuracy.

Tip #3 - Play Aggressive

Farlight 84

If you are coming from PUBG Mobile, you will find Farlight 84 quite tricky. It's fast-paced and favours offensive players. It's best to play aggressively, as the heroes have abilities that can easily scout enemies even if they are camping inside a building. Furthermore, each player has a jetpack so enemies can come from anywhere. You should always be on the move.

Tip #4 - Learn to use the Jetpack

Farlight 84

In Farlight 84, the jetpack is the most important tool. You can use it for dashing and flying. The dash can be used twice back-to-back in any direction, while the flight option can be used once before triggering a cooldown. When caught in the open, you can simply use your dashes/fly to get into the cover. You can use the jetpack to chase enemies or even enter a building from the rooftop or window using the jetpack to surprise them.

Tip #5 - Learn hero abilities and use them

Farlight 84

I have been playing Farlight 84 for a week now and have reached Grandmaster rank, and I am shocked to see that even players at this rank are holding onto their abilities. Use your abilities as and when required. It can easily help you win more battles. And you will get them back after a cooldown.

If you are new to the game, make sure you know all three of your hero’s abilities so that you can use them to their full potential. It's also best to know other heroes' abilities, so you can easily counter them during battles, but that all comes with time.

With this, we come to the end of our Farlight 84 beginner's guide. Hope these tips and tricks will come to your use and help you win more battles. We will soon cover other guide articles on the game. Stay tuned.

How heroes affect Farlight's 84 gameplay

Heroes, also known as Capsulers, function similarly to Apex Legends. Each hero is classified as a support, attack, defense, or scout. Securing kills and surviving during matches levels up your hero, gaining movement speed, damage, and reduction for your tactical cooldown.

Farlight 84

Every hero is equipped with a specialized passive and two skills; skills will go on cooldown once used, so be sure to check the Heroes' Overview page to learn what each skill does.

More Capsulers become unlocked through mission progression, opening chests, and through purchases (requires Diamonds and in-game currency).

The game used to be unique and enjoyable before all the big updates ruined it completely. The jetpacks were a cool feature that made it stand out from regular shooting games, making it more challenging and difficult to compete in battle royale mode. The old design of Maggie was cute and well-crafted with her pizza ears and yellow jumpsuit, giving her character. Now she looks plain, old, and boring. We want the old game back! It has been trashed and needs to be restored.

You know, I was really hoping to see improvements in the update, but it's turned out really disappointing. The game used to be exciting and enjoyable, but now it's just lacking that spark. Taking away the jetpacks was a huge mistake because it's what set the game apart from others. The vehicles feel dull now, and most of them have lost their special abilities. The hero rebuilds were a letdown too. The new skills are either overly complicated, not very effective, or just both. And don't get me started on the new map - it's just okay at best. It somehow manages to be both too crowded and too empty at the same time.

I updated my review from 4 stars to just 1 star. The game used to be good before, but after the most recent update 2.0, everything has gone downhill. They ruined the heroes, guns, smoothness, and art style. And the worst part is they took out the jet packs, which was what made Farlight 84 stand out from other battle royale games. The game feels clunky now and even with a good network, it often shows high ping. On top of all that, they added a trio mode that nobody asked for.

Oh man, there are still so many things that you all haven't fixed yet like the highlights record and the mini map rotation, and instead of fixing those, you chose to remove the jetpacks? How will we be able to dodge properly now? It feels like we're just jogging around now, seriously. And if you're worried about newbies finding it hard because of "so many buttons," they can simply practice and get better at it. Please, just add the jetpacks back in, that's all we're asking for.

The new map is all about close-range action with not enough guns, which is a bit silly. There are loads of scopes but not enough guns to use them with. Why? I prefer the old maps for now. The sound glitches need to be sorted out - when I ping using the controller, I can't look around for about 5 seconds. The guns need to be balanced better, and let's not even talk about getting rid of the jetpacks! I can see potential, but it seems like you guys went the wrong way with this big step.

This battle royal game stands out for its uniqueness. Although it shares some mechanics with CODM, the game is distinct and innovative compared to other first-person shooter and battle royal games. It features cool vehicles and heroes, alongside enjoyable and user-friendly guns. The HUD is customizable, and the matchmaking seems effective. While there may be areas for improvement, the game remains highly playable and enjoyable. It is welcoming to beginners and offers a fun gaming experience overall.

Oh no, the new update really messed things up for me, especially when it comes to gameplay. I can't believe they took away the jetpack - that just made the game so much less enjoyable. And don't get me started on what they did to the heroes' skills, that was a terrible decision. Everything was going great until this 2.0 update came along. I wish they would just go back to how it was before. I'm only bothered by the jetpack change and the heroes' new skills. Apart from that, I actually like the other additions they made. It's just not fun to play anymore, and I might have to stop if they don't switch it back. Please bring back the old update!

Alright, so I have this phone called Redmi Note 12 that I use for playing games. Recently, there was a big update for the game I play and it didn't turn out so great. The graphics actually got worse after the update. I tried to adjust some settings to make the graphics look better, but unfortunately, I couldn't set it to high quality. Now, the graphics look plain and not as impressive as before. I really hope the team behind the game fixes this soon. On top of that, the audio is also not good. It's hard for me to pinpoint where my enemies are due to the sound being misleading.
