Return and Cancellation Policy

Farmácias APP presents this RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY to guide users about their rights under the Consumer Protection Code and ANVISA regulations, and to provide suggestions for procedures in the situations described. Users must follow the policies of the accredited ADVERTISERS from whom they purchased products.

Refusal of Product Receipt

Users should check the product data against the order at the time of delivery. Refusal can occur due to damaged products, tampered packaging, or discrepancies with the order. This right must be exercised at the moment of receipt. If refused, contact the advertiser’s customer service or open a complaint on the app or website. If the product is received, follow the withdrawal procedures within 7 days from receipt.

Withdrawal or Return

According to Article 41 of the Consumer Protection Code, consumers have 7 days to withdraw from an order made outside a commercial establishment and notify the advertiser. Requests must be made via the advertiser’s customer service within 7 days after receiving the product, with order number, invoice, and other requested information. The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use or tampering. Withdrawal cancels the purchase and refunds the amount paid, provided the advertiser receives the product intact.

Exchange

For defective products, contact the advertiser’s customer service and follow the instructions for an exchange. The exchange period follows the Consumer Protection Code. Inform the order number, product, and reason for exchange. The advertiser is responsible for transport and receipt of the product according to applicable norms. If the exchange is approved, the advertiser will issue a refund for the product and shipping costs (if any).

Refunds

Refunds for the product and shipping are the responsibility of the accredited advertiser and will follow their exchange and return policy.

General Provisions

Farmácias APP acts solely as an intermediary for business transactions with online payment options and does not handle product storage, availability, or physical delivery. These are the sole responsibility of the accredited advertisers. Farmácias APP may update its Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy periodically, informing users of changes on the website and in this document. For this policy, "ADVERTISERS" include pharmacies, drugstores, cosmetic stores, supplement shops, and other registered entities on Farmácias APP.
