I love the speed games like this, and I was excited to find one that's different. But the first level has a water cooler that gets in the way unless you pay. It doesn't affect the ability to pass the level, but it does get in the way. Customers will stop for a drink and wait, making their wait bubbles distracting. It is obviously there only to get me to pay a few dollars for a game that was advertised as free. Either the water cooler needs to be removed, or this needs to be a $3.50 priced game.

This game CAN be fun, but half the time it won't respond to my taps. It's not a screen sensitivity issue on my end because it will literally be something I just tapped on two seconds before that now I suddenly can't tap on to save my life no matter how hard or light I tap. This makes the harder levels almost impossible because of challenges (not being allowed to delete items, not letting customers leave angry) that can't be met without precise taps. I spent actual money on this game too! Upset!

BUG(S)! Need to be fixed. The staff moves but no customers appear. I do like the object of the game, the graphics aslo but from reading other reviews; (increasing difficulty with passing boards) being the main issue I saw and the fact that i dont purcahse in app.; I am down for a certain level of difficulty but it sounds as if it will become frustrating and would just make you want to delete it any way so I think i will uninstall now. Maybe i will revisit in the future but not sure about that.

I really love the game! I think you need to add one more character though, having one person do three floors of running up and down. you get so preoccupied with what he's doing. that the character that checks people out, wraps their gifts. gets overwhelmed with how many people are needing to be checked out at the same time. as well as some needing their packages gift wrapped. the game would be much better with adding one more character.
