Fastrack Smart World - Maps & navigates quickly

The Fastrack Smart World application serves as the ideal companion app for linking your Fastrack Smart wearable devices to your mobile phone. It efficiently handles and supervises the features and settings of the smart wearable device, allowing you to visualize and track your fitness activity and vitals captured by the device, thereby enabling effective monitoring of your health.

Utilize the Fastrack Smart World application to establish and oversee the following functionalities:

- Pairing/unpairing with the smartwatch

- Installing/updating software/firmware

- Controlling/adjusting smartwatch settings

- Accessing health-related settings and data such as Heart Rate, SpO2, Blood Pressure, etc. (for general fitness/wellness purposes only)

- Enabling/disabling or customizing notification access

- Seamlessly synchronizing your fitness, multi-sport, and sleep data

- Syncing preferred contacts from the application to the watch

- Synchronizing health data with Google Fit

- Ensure to enable notifications including calls, SMS, and third-party app alerts on the watch to stay informed.

- Respond to calls with SMS feature while rejecting them (SMS sending permission required).

- Manage the list of applications you wish to receive notifications from - maintaining control at all times!

- Stay updated on weather conditions by permitting the app to detect your location for forecast updates.

Install the Fastrack Smart World application on your mobile device and pair it with your smart wearable device via Bluetooth to unlock all its features. Please note that the settings and features offered by the Fastrack Smart World application are accessible only when your smartwatch is connected to your mobile device. Without a stable connection between the two, the features may not function correctly.

Check Order Status

All users have the option to track their orders by clicking on Track Order. The user has to enter the email address used while placing the order and the order number to track the order.

Registered users can Signin  and track their orders from the order history section on the account page.

What if Order Lost

In the unlikely event that an order gets lost during transit, we wait for 15 days to track your lost order and if we are still unsuccessful, then we process your refund through the payment mode that you had opted for at the time of placing the order.
