What happens if I exceed my storage or project limits?

Our standard license includes a generous storage limit of 2 Gb. If you exceed the limit, you'll be notified and given the option to purchase additional storage. Please contact support for details on storage and project limits.

How many creators can work on the same project?

You can add as many creator seats as you need for your project. Fectar Studio supports team collaboration, allowing multiple creators to work together on the same project, sharing assets and updates in real time.

What is the difference between a viewer and a creator?

A creator is someone who creates an interactive 3D experience. With a license for Fectar Studio, you get one creator seat. You can add as many creators to your license as you like on our pricing page. You can work together as a team on the same projects and share files in the file manager. This way you can also work together as a teacher and students.

A viewer is someone who uses one of the apps of Fectar to view a 3D experience in Virtual or Augmented Reality. The apps are free to use. There is no limited to the number of viewers. We don't charge extra for viewers or data traffic.

Is there a limit on how many people can view my spaces?

No, there are no limitations! When you create a space in Fectar Studio and publish it to all supported devices, it can be viewed by an unlimited number of people.

For example, if you build an educational space and share it publicly, 10,000 or more students can view the lesson without any restrictions. Fectar is designed to scale globally, ensuring that all users have access to your content simultaneously.
