How to Start Using Fetch Rewards

1. Download the app.You can find Fetch Rewards for free from the Play Store. After you create your account, then you can start scanning right away.

2. Scan your receipts.When you get to the home screen, tap on the camera icon to activate the scanner. Follow the prompts on the screen, which will tell you how to position your camera over the receipts to capture all of the information the app needs. Then, upload your receipt.

You can submit your receipt up to 14 days after the purchase date and upload up to 35 weekly receipts.

Fetch accepts receipts from grocery stores, gas stations, fast-food restaurants, clothing retailers, department stores, pet stores, hardware stores, convenience stores, and drugstores.

3. Redeem your points.Every 1,000 points you earn is worth about $1. Once you’ve collected at least 9,500 points, you can redeem your points for $10 gift cards for a variety of retailers, including Adidas, AMC, IHOP, and more. For more popular brands like Walmart or Target, a $10 gift card is redeemable for 2,000 to 3,000 points more (up to 12,500 total). You can also cash in your points for magazine subscriptions or entries into sweepstakes.

Fetch Rewards doesn’t offer Venmo or Paypal options like other cashback apps do. However, if you save up your points to redeem a gift card to Amazon or Visa USD, you might have more freedom to use the money how you want. You can also donate your points to one of 29 different charities.

You can earn 25 points for each receipt you scan. On top of that, you’ll earn points for buying specific brands Fetch is partnered with. You can scroll through all of Fetch’s current offers on the home page of the app.

Fetch Rewards points expire after 90 days of inactivity. To keep your account active, submit receipts or redeem rewards.

    So, every month I go through all the shopping and grocery apps on my phone to create a list of what I need for the upcoming month. Fetch used to be one of the apps I always relied on for this, but lately, it's just not enjoyable anymore, and it feels like a waste of time. It used to be so much fun and really engaged me in the process. There were fantastic deals on the items I wanted to buy. But now, it's kind of disappointing. I don't understand why we seem to be getting fewer discounts when the app supposedly uses AI to save us money.

    When I first started using Fetch, it was awesome! But lately, they've been making it harder to use by getting rid of bonus rewards and complicating things that used to be simple and fun. It seems like they're just trying to outdo their competitors. I hope they can go back to being straightforward, or they might lose customers soon. It's not too late for them to fix the mistakes they've made. Thank you.

    I used to really enjoy using this app. The main function I used it for was organizing my shopping receipts, especially for my cleaning business. It was so convenient being able to easily see the actual picture of the receipt to keep track of what I had purchased. This was important for me as I needed to deduct those expenses for my taxes every year. But then, much to my disappointment, I found out that the app no longer allowed me to view the saved receipts, not even one that I had added just 8 hours prior. In short, my opinion of this app went from loving it to absolutely hating it. It used to be perfect, but now it's just frustrating. Thanks for ruining a good thing.
