Service is terrible. Thought it was a scam. Bought tickets in January, show moved to June. Couldn't get tickets due to error message. Asked for help, they replied after a week with a link for request form. Submitted it. Waited another week for reply saying no refund, with policy link. Just wanted my tickets but never got them.

I thought the app would be great for trying out different events, but it's been a disaster. Every purchase I've made had problems. The customer service is slow and unhelpful. I've been trying for weeks to get a refund with no success. BBB received 449 complaints this year alone. It's definitely a scam. It's been a week since I emailed them, still no reply.

I'll give this app a fair chance, but it's worrying that you have to install it just to see your tickets. If you want to transfer a ticket without the app, you can't even get it as a simple pdf in an email. I struggled with storage space for the app, which was annoying. However, the rest of the app looks okay, so I'll keep using it.

I wanted to do something cool for my birthday and booked an experience using the app. I paid for it in advance, but then got an email saying the date I wanted wasn't available. They said they issued me a coupon to rebook within two months, but when I tried to use it on the app, it didn't work. It was really frustrating. Next time, I'll just book directly through the provider if I can.

The system is so poorly planned. You can't purchase tickets from different categories at once, like an adult and a senior ticket. Also, the interface resets the ticket time, so be really careful to choose the right stage slot when buying through them. They give you a voucher that can only be used on the app, not on your computer. They won't refund you the service fee, even though you did all the work. It's best to avoid if possible. It's frustrating that I have to buy tickets for an event where this is the only way to purchase them. Ugh.

Everything was fine with this app until out of nowhere, their payment system stopped working. I tried all the suggestions they gave, but nothing worked. My credit, PayPal, and debit cards are all good to go with enough money in them. Every customer service person I spoke with had a different excuse and kept trying to shift the blame onto me. Finally, one of them admitted that there's actually a problem with their app. I used to be a fan of this app, but after going through all this, I wouldn't suggest it to anyone anymore.

My booked experience got rescheduled to another date. They said I could change it without paying extra, so I did what the email told me to do. After three attempts, cancellations, and contacting customer service, I ended up spending more than $30 to get my tickets again. They just labeled it as "service fees." If your event gets rescheduled, beware. Try to steer clear of this company if you can.

They sold tickets for a canceled event without informing me and even kept selling tickets for the same show afterward. When I asked for a refund, they initially offered a limited voucher with an expiry date that could not be used if shows were not guaranteed. They claimed not to have a phone number for direct contact. It took weeks of daily emails involving three individuals before I finally received my refund. If you find yourself in this situation, persist in requesting a refund instead of accepting a voucher.

I purchased tickets for $147 to an event that was later cancelled. The replacement voucher was only worth $135. When I selected new dates, I accidentally cancelled them on the app. The replacement voucher this time was only for $119. I tried calling customer service to reinstate the accidentally cancelled tickets, but they couldn't help. They said I needed to spend more money to repurchase the same tickets. I have sent 4 emails but haven't received any reply.
